We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Remish. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating delicious drinks and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly
- Stock inventory of supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods for coffee is an asset
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- High School diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in hospitality or related field is an advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $1800 per month but may be negotiable based on experience.
