Construction Manager (Nairobi, Kenya)

Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation provided for non-local candidates. Women and Canadians encouraged to apply. Biometric passport required for travel. Full-time position with competitive salary of $1600 per month. No English language proficiency required for this job opportunity.
