Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role is suitable for men with experience in the construction industry and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction projects in Nairobi
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting and scheduling software
- Experience working with Indian contractors is preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month
