Preservation Architect


We are looking for a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. Our company specializes in preserving and restoring historical buildings and sites, and we are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute their expertise to our projects.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for assessing the condition of historical structures, developing preservation plans, and overseeing the restoration process. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural history and techniques, as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical structures to identify any damage or deterioration
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure the structural integrity of restored buildings
- Source materials and oversee their installation in restoration projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this role is 1500$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. Candidates from India are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours (9am - 5pm).

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this role.
