Job Title: Senior Barber


We are a well-established barbershop in Nakuru, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Barber to join our team. As a Senior Barber, you will be responsible for providing excellent hair cutting and grooming services to our clients. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting and grooming services to clients of all levels
- Meet and exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships with clients to ensure their return visits
- Train and mentor junior barbers as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a professional barber
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, styles, and trends
- Ability to use various barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Must have a valid work permit or willing to obtain one with visa sponsorship
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
