Executive Chef - Nepali Cuisine (Ar-Ruwais, UAE)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Nepali cuisine to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus featuring authentic Nepali dishes, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and cost control strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant specializing in Nepali cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Nepali culinary techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant specializing in Nepali cuisine
