Factory Line Worker

We are hiring a Factory Line Worker to join our team in Osijek. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on the production line, such as sorting, packaging, and quality control. This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength
- Previous experience in a factory or production setting is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Inspect products for defects and remove any damaged items
- Package finished products according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (no specific level required)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Osijek (no nationality requirement)
- Students or individuals with no previous experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
