Administrative Assistant - Acre, Egypt
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Acre, Egypt. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and file management tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required
- Must be fluent in English
