Administrative Assistant for Indian Company in Acre, Israel
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our Indian company in Acre, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with bookkeeping tasks is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Acre, Israel. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Acre.
Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Israel.
