We are hiring a skilled Metal Worker to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and installing metal structures and components. Your primary duties will include cutting, shaping, and joining metal pieces using various tools and techniques. You must have prior experience in metalworking and be able to read blueprints and follow technical specifications. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair metal structures and components
- Cut, shape, and join metal pieces using tools such as shears, saws, drills, grinders
- Follow technical specifications and blueprints to ensure accuracy of work
- Operate welding equipment to fuse metal pieces together
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.
