Land Surveyor


We are a leading construction company in Zagreb, seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong mathematical and analytical skills. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, creating surveys and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine the exact location and elevation of natural features and man-made structures
- Gather data using GPS, total stations, levels, and other survey equipment
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plats, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data through field measurements
- Keep detailed records of survey data and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate surveying work
- Evaluate potential risks or issues related to land boundaries or construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS equipment, levels, and other survey tools
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Zagreb (open to all nationalities)
