Architecture Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania



As an Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will be responsible for leading a team of architects and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that they are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical solutions
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design proposals that meet their needs
- Oversee the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide project updates
- Identify any potential issues or delays in project progress and take proactive measures to address them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
