Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's data and systems. This includes implementing security measures, monitoring for potential threats, and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor network traffic and system logs for signs of potential breaches
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic analysis when necessary
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper security measures are in place for new systems or applications
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for mitigating risks
- Train employees on best practices for information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or a related role
- Knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools
- Strong understanding of common cyber attacks and methods for defense
- Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification or other relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker)
- Experience with cloud computing environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)
