As a highly skilled Land Surveyor in the bustling city of Atlanta, you will play a vital role in the development and maintenance of various construction projects. Your expertise in measuring and mapping land will be crucial in ensuring accurate and safe building practices.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to gather data on land features, boundaries, and topography
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to record measurements
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports for construction teams
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance logs
- Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related position
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection
- Physical fitness for working outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per week. Bonuses may be provided based on performance.

This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia. Relocation assistance may be provided for out-of-state candidates.
