Industrial Alpinism Technician

As an Industrial Alpinism Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at high altitudes in industrial settings. This includes tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings. You will also be required to work with various tools and equipment while suspended from ropes or harnesses.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various industrial alpinism tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of structures at high altitudes
- Operate and maintain equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and safety gear
- Follow safety procedures to ensure personal safety as well as the safety of others on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for task completion
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors immediately

Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding of industrial alpinism techniques and procedures
- Previous experience working in industrial alpinism is preferred but not required
- Ability to work at high altitudes for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment while suspended from ropes or harnesses
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to follow safety protocols strictly and react quickly in emergency situations

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Bergen, Norway (relocation assistance not provided)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
