Entry Level Moderator
Location: Alta, Norway


We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Moderator to join our team in Alta. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure that all content meets our community guidelines. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Review user-generated content and take appropriate action (e.g. approve, reject, or edit)
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team member
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online community management
- Collaborate with team members to improve community engagement and user experience
- Assist with creating and implementing policies for user behavior on online platforms

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and online forums (Reddit, Quora)
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
