Entry Level Baker

Our bakery in Fonvieille is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry Level Baker to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who has a passion for baking and is looking to gain experience in a professional bakery setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior bakers with preparing doughs and batters
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing machines
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate baked goods according to established recipes
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required, but must have a strong interest in baking
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior bakers
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for growth within the company. Accommodation will be provided.
