Android Developer



We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Android development principles and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs promptly
- Stay up-to-date with new trends and advancements in mobile development

Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Android app development (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin programming languages
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle from concept to deployment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
