Facade Engineer


We are currently hiring for a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team in the United States. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades. Your main goal will be to ensure the safety and functionality of the building's exterior while also considering aesthetic and environmental factors.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements
- Design and develop detailed facade plans based on project specifications and budget constraints
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Select suitable materials for building facades that meet safety, durability, and sustainability standards
- Oversee facade installation process and provide guidance to construction teams
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure building facades meet industry standards and regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction or after completion
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and materials related to facade engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade engineering or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary: $900 per month
