Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will be vital in ensuring the project's success and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and allocate necessary resources for project completion
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet goals
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance, motivation, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
