Tutor for English Language Learners (ESL) in Gujrat

As a tutor for English language learners (ESL) in Gujrat, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective instruction to students of various ages and levels. You will work with a diverse group of learners, including non-native speakers, to improve their English language skills in all areas - speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and materials tailored to the needs and goals of individual students
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions both in person and online
- Assess students' proficiency levels and track their progress
- Provide constructive feedback on students' work and offer strategies for improvement
- Incorporate interactive activities and games into lessons to engage students
- Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Communicate with parents or guardians about students' progress as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education or related field (preferred)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous experience teaching/tutoring ESL learners is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and empathy when working with diverse learners
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on student needs and progress

Working hours: This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. You may be required to work evenings or weekends depending on the availability of your students.

Salary: The starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Salary may increase based on experience and performance.
