Staff Assistant

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Staff Assistant to join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes data entry, maintaining records, and organizing schedules. The Staff Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries and managing phone calls and emails. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data entry experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or African countries with valid work permits. This is a part-time position, with potential for full-time employment in the future. Women are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.
