Indian Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in managing a restaurant. This is a full time position with a salary of 1500$. Candidates without experience are also welcome to apply as training will be provided.

As an Indian Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensuring that all food and beverages served are of high quality and consistent with our menu standards
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring costs and expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety standards in the restaurant
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate updates, gather feedback, and improve teamwork

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
