Construction Project Manager


Our company, a leading construction firm in Dickirch, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure successful completion of projects. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project
- Manage project budget and ensure costs stay within allocated funds
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues on site
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project)
- Fluency in English (French or German is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch but may require occasional travel to project sites.
