Junior Civil Engineer


We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a member of our engineering department, you will assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to collect data for project planning
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure project progress according to plans
- Perform quality control checks on construction materials and methods
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous internship or work experience in civil engineering is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Knowledge of structural design principles
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
