Forum Moderator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forum Moderator to join our rapidly growing online community based in Oslo, Norway. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing forum discussions, ensuring that all posts adhere to our community guidelines and promoting positive engagement among members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and remove any inappropriate or spam content
- Engage with forum members and provide support when needed
- Encourage positive participation and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and address them proactively
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop and implement community guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or community manager preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with online forums and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Oslo, Norway (free visa and ticket provided)
