Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with hotel management team to develop promotional packages and offers
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate new leads
- Conduct regular sales meetings with staff to review performance, set goals, and provide training as needed
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset

Salary: $1400/month

Location: Sheduva (accommodation provided for foreigners if needed)

Working hours: Part-time (20 hours/week)
