Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This position requires experience in sales and customer service, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Identify potential business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Conduct regular sales meetings with the team to review progress, identify challenges, and set goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competition
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to secure profitable deals
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sheduva
Nationality: Pakistani (Preference)
