Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Siauliai. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing the construction team and subcontractors, maintaining safety regulations, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process to ensure timely completion
- Manage the construction team and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Review plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, and other project documents
- Identify potential risks or issues that may affect project completion or quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes or deviations from the original plan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
