We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Faisalabad. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Supervise all food preparation and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to create new menu items and special promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of various culinary techniques and international cuisines
- Proficient in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Own visa or ability to obtain one is preferred
