Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faro. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$, and we offer visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Review project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
