Concierge Assistant



As a Concierge Assistant in our luxury hotel in Kathmandu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary duties will include assisting guests with their check-in and check-out process, coordinating transportation and making reservations for activities or dining, and providing recommendations on local attractions and events. You will also be expected to handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

This is a contract position that does not require any previous experience. However, we are seeking a candidate who is friendly, outgoing, and has strong communication skills. As this role involves interacting with guests from various backgrounds, proficiency in English is required. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is organized and can multitask effectively.
