Seasonal Restaurant Manager in La-Condamine, Monaco

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager to join our team in La-Condamine, Monaco. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the restaurant operations during the peak season. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 900$.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards
- Train, supervise, and support staff members to provide exceptional service
- Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficient restaurant operations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and pricing of menu items
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a busy restaurant during peak seasons
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff members
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Previous experience working in Monaco or other high-end tourist destinations
- Experience working with seasonal staff or temporary employees
