Executive Chef (Ajman, United Arab Emirates)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations at the resort, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international cuisine and a proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality dishes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation is not provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that showcase both local and international cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Manage inventory and control costs to ensure profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and presentation to consistently meet guest expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all food outlets within the resort
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
- Biometric passport required
- Must be willing to relocate to Ajman, United Arab Emirates
