Head Baker


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for training and managing a team of bakers.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create and develop new recipes
- Experience with managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to train and manage a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
- Must be able to work full-time in Hawalli without accommodation provided

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery's production process
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for all baked goods
- Create and develop new recipes to expand our menu offerings
- Train and manage a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in baking techniques and ingredients

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
