Team Lead - Malayalees (Washington)

As a Team Lead for our Malayalee team in Washington, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. Your main responsibilities will include setting goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, providing feedback and coaching, and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam and able to communicate effectively with team members
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address any concerns, and provide feedback
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a productive work environment
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team
- Collaborate with other teams or departments as needed to achieve company goals
- Continuously evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
