Team Lead - Operations Manager

As a Team Lead - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in our Washington office. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and to drive the team towards achieving its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and productivity, setting clear expectations and goals
- Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Handle any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and professional manner
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Report on team progress to upper management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
