Teamlead (Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Washington. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or roadblocks, and develop solutions to ensure on-time completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Train team members on new technologies, processes, or procedures as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team towards success.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment.
- Part-time job experience in addition to full-time work is desirable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate to Washington if not already based there.
- Possession of a biometric passport.
