Our architectural firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and includes visa sponsorship.

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in Monte-Carlo. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other architects to ensure that the preservation process meets all necessary standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings to determine preservation needs
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for each project
- Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Creating detailed drawings and designs for restoration work
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Overseeing construction work to ensure it aligns with preservation plans
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of all preservation work
- Participating in meetings with clients, contractors, and other architects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Knowledge of local building codes, laws, and regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Fluency in English (knowledge of French or Italian is a plus)
- Prior experience working on projects in Monaco is preferred
