Junior Moderator

As a Junior Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online forums, chat rooms, and other digital platforms to ensure that all content posted by users complies with our community guidelines. This role is based in Multan and is open to candidates without prior experience, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Review all user-generated content and remove any posts that violate community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor discussions and engage with users to encourage positive interactions
- Collaborate with senior moderators to develop and implement new policies or procedures as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Excellent written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly identify problematic content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
