Plastering Technician

Our reputable construction company in Ashdod is seeking a skilled Plastering Technician to join our team. This is a contract position suitable for men who have their own visa and are fluent in English.

As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and even finishes. You will also be expected to repair and replace damaged plaster, as well as prepare surfaces for plaster application.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Plasterer. They should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or removing old plaster
- Mix and apply plaster using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create smooth and even finishes with the use of trowels or brushes
- Repair damaged areas by filling holes or cracks with fresh plaster
- Replace damaged sections of plaster if necessary
- Ensure surfaces are level and straight before applying final coat
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Fluent in English (ability to speak Malayalee or Egyptian dialects is a plus)
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Familiarity with different types of plaster and how they are used
