Surveyor - Land Development

As a Surveyor for our land development projects in Dickirch, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas, using advanced surveying equipment and software. Your main goal will be to provide accurate data to support the planning and development of new residential and commercial properties.

Your duties will include performing topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction surveys. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data, preparing reports, and creating detailed maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software. In addition, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working as a surveyor. You must have strong technical skills and be able to use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners. Proficiency in CAD software is also required.

Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for producing accurate data that will guide important decisions in the development process. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with different teams and stakeholders.
