Waiter/Waitress - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and other dining areas
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing them after guests leave
- Process payments through cash or credit card transactions

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local language(s) is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Must have completed high school (12th grade) education

Benefits:
