Waiter/Waitress - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Karachi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also possess strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings and be able to make recommendations to customers. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and ingredients
- Make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with poise and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
