A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the construction industry. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to project completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing large-scale projects and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or delays
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
