IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced and qualified IT Manager to lead our team in Acre. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure of our organization and ensuring its efficiency and security. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new systems and processes, and providing technical support to all employees. You must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of information technology.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Develop, implement, and maintain technological systems and processes
- Ensure the security of all systems and data
- Provide technical support to all employees
- Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain documentation for all systems and processes
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with project management methodologies

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science or related field
- Certifications in project management or information technology management

Salary:
$1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Acre, Israel (preference for Indian candidates)

Visa sponsorship:
Candidates must have their own visa to work in Israel.
