Office Assistant for Contract Position in Washington, USA
We are currently hiring for a contract position of Office Assistant in Washington, USA. This role is open to both Filipinos and foreigners, with no English proficiency required. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with document preparation and filing
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Salary: $1400 per month (contract position)
Location: Washington, USA (no accommodation provided)
