Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support to the office and assist with day-to-day operations. Duties include answering phones, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail. This role requires a high level of organization and the ability to multitask. Previous office experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. The office is located in Washington and accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates if needed. English speaking proficiency is required for this role.
The Office Assistant will play an integral role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
