Electrician


We are currently hiring an experienced Electrician to join our team in Bungoma. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to local codes and safety regulations
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards or defects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Install wiring, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and other electrical components
- Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring or equipment installations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations related to electrical work
- Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces if needed
- Own basic hand tools for the job

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or related field
- Valid Electrician license
- Experience working with solar panels is a plus
