Job Title: Head Baker - Os, Norway


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a professional baker and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including production schedules and inventory management
- Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards and are prepared according to recipes
- Train and supervise other bakers and kitchen staff
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop new recipes and menu items to keep up with current trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to create promotional materials for new products
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and equipment advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional baker in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods consistently
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel purposes (if not already living in Norway)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)

Salary: $1300 per month
Working hours: Full time
